Job Description:
Join our team at Parrish & Heimbecker as a Human Resources Business Partner, working on-site in Cambridge, ON or Winnipeg, MB. We are a family-owned company with over 110 years of history in Canadian agriculture.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
- Certified HR designation or working towards one is an asset.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Demonstrated progressive experience in a human resources role.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in HRIS and Microsoft 365.
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus.
- Must be available to work on-site and have the ability to travel.
