Job Description:

  • At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us!
  • Looking for a Regional Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership working out of any of our locations.
  • Assist and support Parts Department functions for the assigned region to improve communications, share best practices, and enhance the functioning of the parts teams.
  • Create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Manager of Parts Department operations.
  • Parts Management Technician certificate; combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating others.
  • Strong ability to utilize desktop and internet applications.
  • A valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel.
  • Ability to work flexible/extended hours, weekends, holidays if needed.
