Job Description:
- Position: Program Specialist at Syngenta
- Role: Responsible for developing and fulfilling loyalty reward programs, processing reward payments, and optimizing processes for Syngenta's Crop Protection Commercial Team
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational or finance roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in data analytics, financial processes, and data management
- Understanding of marketing programs, agriculture trends, and competitive products
