Service Shift Manager - Preeceville

Job Description:

• Manage and direct the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers in a friendly and collaborative environment.
• Help deliver quality work in a learning and growth-focused organization.
• Conduct safety meetings and promote safe working habits.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate vehicles/equipment for diagnostic purposes.
• 5+ years of experience in complex service repairs/maintenance.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs repeatedly and 40-75 lbs occasionally.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and Ag Equipment Tech Journeyperson Certification.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in ag/turf equipment repair.
• Proficiency in using current business systems and computer functions.
