Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- GISP and/or ESRI certification is preferred.
- A minimum of five to seven years of advanced expertise in ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store, and ArcGIS Online configuration, maintenance, and security.
- Experience overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of GIS applications, web maps, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, quality control, metadata management, access control, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience designing and managing GIS environments in on-premise, cloud , and hybrid infrastructures.
- Experience integrating GIS with enterprise IT systems such as ERP, CRM, Asset Management, and BI platforms.
- Expertise in FME and SQL-based ETL processes to automate data workflows.
- Experience with raster, aerial, and LiDAR data processing, storage, and analysis.
- Possession of a valid class 5 driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

The total rewards package for this position includes:
- A starting annual salary of $90,500 to $97,900, with a maximum earning potential for this pay range of $114,500, based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
