Customer Service Representative I

Job Description:

• A Customer Service Representative I position is available within the Communications & Customer Service Department of Parkland County.
• Responsibilities include providing prompt and courteous service as the first point of contact to the public, handling inquiries and complaints, and processing payments.
• Customer service and de-escalation skills are required, along with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary coursework in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related office experience, including customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability for Monday and Friday shift coverage, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs quickly.
