Field - Supervisor

Job Description:

• Organize work teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality compliance.
• Communicate progress during harvest to Farm Manager.
• Manage the worker camp and enforce company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Farming background and production experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and long hours during harvest season.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Spanish language skills considered an asset.
• Valid, unrestricted class 5 BC driver’s license.
