Outreach and Engagement Assistant (Summer Student)
Job Description:
- Position: Outreach and Engagement Assistant
- Report to: Director, Certification
- Role: Support key acquisition and promotional initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Assist with outreach campaigns through various platforms
- Create and deliver engaging content for educational purposes
- Coordinate follow-ups with leads and analyze conversion data
- Plan and execute promotional events
- Provide administrative support for engagement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education:
- Enrolled in a post-secondary program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service, outreach, or sales is an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Interest in environmental sustainability and workforce development
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
- Committed, self-motivated with a positive attitude
