Job Description:

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience with post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, strong time management, and organizational skills.
• Strategic outlook with experience leading projects, action planning, and implementing HR initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing presentation materials with strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing/operations environment and familiarity with HR trends and legislation.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and openness to technology and innovation.
• Ability to travel as required.
