Job Description:

Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, guided by our culture of care and core values. The Benefits Coordinator role involves administering benefits programs, ensuring compliance, and delivering a seamless benefits experience across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certification in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in U.S. health and welfare benefits administration
• Strong understanding of U.S. and Canada HR data and legislative requirements
• Knowledge of U.S. health and welfare regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in an HR shared services environment and familiarity with Case Resolution Systems is an asset
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
