Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

• This position is required to be on-site.
• Reports to the Manager of Sustainable Ag Customer Success
• Responsible for cultivating strong relationships with customers and internal resources
• Work with crop consultants, farmers, and other stakeholders to collect data, support enrollment, and project management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of related customer service or customer success experience
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft, Outlook, and other related applications
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively complete complex tasks and prioritize work to meet established deadlines with minimal direction
• Proven ability of effective written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible to adapt to change and addresses issues quickly and professionally
• Agronomy experience a strong plus
