A/V Tech Assistant
Job Description:
- Job Title: A/V Tech Assistant
- Hourly Rate: $17.50
- Contract Term: 8-week term, starting May 2025
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
- Position Type: Canada Summer Jobs contract
- Must be between the ages of 15 and 30, a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee status holder
- Must have a valid Social Insurance Number
- Minimum secondary school education required; post-secondary in a related field is an asset
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in AV support
- Valid Alberta driver’s license
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and computer applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Police Information Check required for candidates over 18
- Flexible work arrangements in a beautiful park setting
