Customer Success Representative
Job Description
- On-site position at Nutrien's retail division, Nutrien Ag Solutions
- Report to the Manager of Sustainable Ag Customer Success
- Cultivate relationships with customers and internal resources
- Support enrollment and project management for Sustainable Ag programs
- Provide FarmSmart Program support to internal and external customers
- Monitor progress, provide technology support, and drive success
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- 5+ years of related customer service or customer success experience
- Agronomy experience a strong plus
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and other related applications
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Must be willing to work in the Calgary or Saskatoon offices
