- Job Description:
- Lead a team within manufacturing facilities, provide guidance and leadership.

- Resolve employee issues and participate in audits.

- Handle administration duties such as payroll and scheduling.
- Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a progressive leadership style.
- Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
